Our designers usually can work from measurements and photos but when it is appropriate our designers make on site consultations.
We offer private classes with one on one instruction on a case by case basis. Group floral demonstrations are offered for groups of 10 or more with a courtesy discount offered to the group the day of the demo. The demo is 1 hour long. Many clubs schedule a demonstration and coordinate serving of refreshments with us. Clubs sometimes arrange to hold their club business meeting before the presentation.

Yes, we can ship or deliver so please let us know before we ring up your transaction and we will be happy to arrange it for you. Remember we do not have to charge the sales tax when we ship out of state for you.
The best way to clean artificial botanicals is to use a hairdryer to blow off the dust and then use our non-aerosol Silk ‘n Splendor cleaner. A feather duster can also be used to remove light dust build up. We can also schedule our team of experts to clean your faux products for an estimated hourly fee.

Since 1979, The Natural Touch has designed custom holiday décor for numerous residential homes, yachts, as well as hotels, hospitals and many other businesses. The Natural Touch designers reserve their time for those customers purchasing components from our showrooms. Lead time on custom work is on a case by case basis. We always have made-up arrangements in each showroom if you need something right away.
We are an ASID Industry Partner and work with many designers. If an Interior Designer wants to use a current resale number or a Mexican Merchant Card we register them at the front counter. We need the necessary paperwork filled out as well as a copy of the Resale Certificate or Merchant Card. Please call if you have any other questions regarding how to register a resale number with us. Once an Interior Designer registers with us we explain the special designer courtesy to the trade program.
